NEMG introduces Uniform Bucks program

Starting May 1, Northeast Medical Group will roll out the Uniform Bucks program. The initiative is designed to help leaders recognize employees whose performance exceeds either the CHAMP guidelines or Standards of Professional Behavior.

Uniform Bucks will be worth $5 that can be used toward employee uniforms, jackets or vests on the www.workharddressright.com website. Uniform Bucks may be used at the employees’ leisure and are good for one-time use.
