With a single call to Yale New Haven Health’s Y Access Transfer Center, referring physicians speak with an attending physician for immediate transfer or direct admission to a Yale New Haven Health hospital. Y Access facilitators are paramedics with critical care experience. They also arrange critical care air and ground transport.
Y Access Transfer Center facilitators are available 24/7 at 888-YNHH-BED (888-964-4233) to arrange for a patient to be admitted to one of these Yale New Haven Health hospitals:
- Bridgeport Hospital, including Milford Campus
