IFE calendar, new classes available

YNHHS’ Institute for Excellence’s 2022 class calendar is now available on the IFE site on the intranet. Virtual, instructor-led courses are open for registration through June. The calendar is for viewing purposes only and does not guarantee a class has availability. Employees should register for classes via the Infor Learning Management System. The IFE has expanded online class capacity and added sessions to accommodate demand. New classes include 

• Operational Excellence highlights performance improvement concepts including Lean, Process Mapping and Brainstorming (open to all staff). 
• Development Planning helps managers create a development plan and empower staff with development activities (managers and above only).
• Meeting Facilitation Skills is designed for anyone who facilitates meetings (open to all staff).
• Crucial Conversations: More sessions added (managers and above)
