George A. Turini, MD

George Turini III, MD is a Board Certified urologist who was born and raised in Rhode Island. He attended Brown University in Providence, RI, where he received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Ethics, a Master of Science degree in Clinical and Translational Research and his Doctor of Medicine degree.

He completed an internship in General Surgery, residency in Urology, and a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital.

Dr. Turini is an active member of the American Medical Association and the National and New England Sections of the American Urological Association. He has authored multiple research papers that have been published in peer reviewed journals and has presented his work locally, nationally and internationally.

Dr. Turini offers his patients open, laparoscopic, robotic and other minimally invasive techniques for treating a wide range of urologic problems. His primary office is in Warwick, RI and he operates out of Westerly Hospital.
