Kara Strippoli is a certified Physician assistant at Northeast Medical Group. Kara specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various pulmonary diseases such as asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung disease, Pulmonary Embolism, Chronic Cough, Dyspnea/Shortness of breath and Pulmonary nodules. She earned her degree in Biology and minor in Spanish from the University of Vermont in 2002 and attended PA school at Quinnipiac University graduating in 2005 with distinction. Kara continually strives to deliver high quality care to her patients, earning her the Yale New Haven Health Exemplary Advanced Clinician Award for top performance in patient satisfaction. She prioritizes listening to her patients concerns as well as working collaboratively with other specialist to develop the best treatment plan for the individual needs of each patient. When she is not seeing patient, Kara loves spending time outdoors with her rescue dog, hiking, skiing, playing soccer and spending time with her family.
