Karyn Bessette, APRN

Karyn Bessette, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in pain management, is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care that is individualized to meet the needs of her patients. Karyn provides compassionate care to patients suffering from various conditions, including back pain, neck pain, complex regional pain syndrome, failed back syndrome and reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Her primary focus is on pain management interventions, including trigger point injections, nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, and spinal cord stimulators.

Karyn earned her master’s degree in nursing from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. Being a lifelong resident of Southern Connecticut, she is excited to be caring for members of the community she is so passionate about. Karyn is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
