Biography - Tess Martens, APRN

Tess Martens, APRN, a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, specializes in urology at Northeast Medical Group. Tess’s interest in urology dates back to her collegiate days because it was an area of medicine that was not fully covered, and she enjoys learning. She sees and treats patients with overactive bladder, kidney stones, bladder cancer, erectile dysfunction, urinary tract infections (UTI), urinary incontinence, enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, hypogonadism, and pelvic floor disorders. Tess likes to explore alternative options to solving patients’ ailments in addition to traditional surgical and medication therapies.

Tess earned her master’s degree at Walden University. She is board-certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN).
